Help with account recovery ticket

Been away from Allstar for a long time. I attempted to recover my password but the recovery link always results in the token has been consumed error. I tried to open a ticket to get help with this but it has gone unanswered for almost two weeks.

Does anyone know how to possibly resolve the account recovery email not working correctly? Are support tickets being answered?

Any help would be appreciated.

Jeff, while that is not my ‘thing’
I might suggest you submit a new ticket in request and mention you are not getting any email.

But I would also submit what your email is suppose to be in the same.
And check any spam filters you have. and/or exempt allstarling.org
