Have 3 nodes registered only 1 node registered. How do I register the other 2?

I have 3 Allstar Nodes. 1 is registered (my Clearnode at home) The other 2 nodes are my phone (iPhone) and the other is for an M1KE device. How do I register the other 2 nodes?

I am trying to actually get my M1KE node/ Device on the network

Any “app” like RepaterPhone on iOS (and I believe the M1KE is as well) uses “WebTransceiver” mode and not a node number. Just uses your portal email and password.

Actually, the M1KE can be used as a node. I don't own one, but I've heard good things about it and how some of it works, hence why I mention it.
As far as RepeaterPhone is concerned, no it can't be used as a node on its own (you can only log into existing nodes with either WT/public or node authentication).
