I’ve been running GB3DQ here in SE Cornwall since 2009 with no major problems.
Of late i have replaced my EE router.
I’ve done all the port forwarding, ALL-Star works fine.
But the Echolink doesn’t work.
I’ve inputted the ports to open.
5198 5199 5198 5199
And 5200 5200 5200 5200.
But no joy.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is your connection issue inbound or outbound or both ?
Is your EL node registered with EL ?
EL only allows one connection per wan/public IP no matter being a different node #, so if you have some other like a cell phone EL app, turn off it’s access through any common network (wifi) and wait for it to drop off the registry. Test again.
At the Asterisk CLI prompt type
echolink dbdump
Do you have results?
Spend some time staring at it. Do you see periodic Echolink successful logins? You may see some unsuccessful ones also.
Your Echolink ports: 5198-5199 UDP AND 5200 TCP? Not both, and which type is important.
