Error when requesting a node

Hi all
I have a similar issue as Lois in 2019 but cannot see any resolution to his problem. I get the message below when trying to request a node. (I have already registered a server).

“Something went wrong: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column ‘name’ cannot be null
Node request failed.”

If I remember this correctly, you must first ‘name the server’.
(in the self service portal)

But I could be wrong.

I’m getting the same problem. Registered a server, request a node and get:

Something went wrong: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column ‘name’ cannot be null
Node request failed.

Can you post the ‘server details’ info for your server.or your callsign used, I can’t look at it by your screen name.

I’m not seeing a registered server for callsign M0CUK.
Post your server details or callsign used.
Or fill in the blanks in the self service portal for your server.

Whoops… my bad, I don’t think I can see the servers anyway.
Just make sure you have filled in the fields within server set-up.

Hi Bud,

I’ve changed the server name to match my callsign. All of the fields are filled in. Still getting the same error when requesting a node: Something went wrong: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column ‘name’ cannot be null
Node request failed.

All good now. Something must have changed as I have now been able to register a node.
