thank you very much for your help! i can see this in my modules.conf file
[modules]
autoload=yes
;noload=chan_voter.so
;noload=chan_usbradio.so
;noload=chan_irlp.so
;noload=chan_echolink.so
;noload=chan_simpleusb.so
noload=app_hamvoip.so
so this looks like its enabled to me.
i did a test and disabled and i wasn’t able to echolink dbdump command.
i also did echolink dbget callsign command and this did not work either.
re-enabled and both these commands are working, it is connecting but not showing on website link status as online and no one is able to connect to it.
its showing in the link status on echolink website as offline but the callsign is 2E1BGC-I or if you click on it key details say 2E1BGC-1 . all the other links and callsigns on there either -R or - L.
But the only call’s i have validated are 2E1BGC and 2E1BGC-L my echolink.conf file is exactly as it should be and if i use echolink on my laptop it logs in and works.
so I’m a bit confused as to what is happing.
its clearly connected as I’m getting echolink database updates downloading the the raspberry pi, i can put my callsign from cli useing echolink dbget and it works,

i’m not sure what to put to enable it? do i just take the ; of the line?
after digging around i changed a few things in the server settings of echolink for server 5 and server 3 , messed around with my ports on my router (which was lying about them being forwarded) and its working now, the locals have allready been on my link testing it out haha
