I’ve scoured the blog and internet, my ASL is online (Green) and bubble shows k7iou-r but if I use the EchoLink app on my iPhone and try to connect to it, it times out. Ports are set in my router and port is correct on my laptop Debian. Dnsmgr is running and every now and then it refreshes DNS lookups with Notice 520 and changes IP address on register.Allstarlink.org

Fixed! Security settings in computer were good, router was good, but what about the modem? Use to be good for my EL on my repeater but my provider replaced it about 6 months ago and called them and asked about ports? They said we don’t block ports…
Then she asks, can we reboot your modem? Sure, and bam! It’s working! Now I get to build the usb interface!
Bear in mind that you can only operate 1 e/l node from a given public address.
To use a second node through your home router, you will need to use one of the proxy servers for the smartphone instance.
