DTMF Commands Not Working with AllStar3

Hello,
I’m having an issue with DTMF commands not working. When I run the CLI menu I see the following, and then nothing happens. I fairly new to all this, but still trying.

can’t tell if you post shows error
can you say what command in DTMF you are keying ? (dtmf digits)

and the what function you are trying to execute ?

Know that most errors in reading DTMF in read value represent poor audio on the input.
