Here is how I do it. From a node I will issue a *4 and the node number I want to control. You will then get an audio announcement. Then from this point on the commands entered will work on the other node. When you are done doing the remote control just key up and hit a #. You will get the confirmation beep an you are done.
Okay sound good. just tested this but i never get a connect to the remote node.
I can do *3<remote_node> and that links up fine
but *4<remote_node> fails to connect ?
is there anything that I should add to rpt.conf
