DMK Engineering URIxB is not connecting to Yaesu FTM-500dr

My URIxB is P/N 9180 and S/N 11991. A couple issues:

  1. When I use Allmon3 to connect to other node#'s, the 'Connect State' and the 'Mode' are showing connecting. However, when I connect to node#: 55553, the 'Connect State' shows Established. Why?
  2. When I engage the PTT on my Yaesu FTM-500dr using 'Parrot' c/o node#: 55553, I do NOT hear and Echo back - no volume. Why?
  3. Do I need a special configuration tool/application to configure my URIxB to properly communicate with my Yaesu FTM-500dr? If so, please provide roadmap with correct settings, as well as the tool/application needed.
