Connection failed - asterisk debug shows "too large timestamp" warning

I am new to asl3, and pretty green in linux, also.

I have installed/configured asl3 and allmon3 via the Ham Radio Crusader yt videos and following along with the official guide. Everything seems to be installed, but I get a failed connection to any node I try. Looking in the asterisk CLI I see:

1 IAX2 registrations.

I am assuming this may be part, or all, of the reason and am looking for some guidance by those much more familiar than myself.

Thanks in advance!

We have app_rpt : Issue #796 that reports a timestamp issue on reconnects. We recently submitted/merged a code change that should take care of this issue and it's possible it will also help out with what you are reporting. That change is included in the recent announced "beta" packages.

If you are comfortable trying out the early release, please have a look at the "beta" announcement.

But, if you are having issues with failed connections to any/every node then something else might be off. Have you checked to see that your node is successfully registering (e.g. sudo asterisk -x 'rpt show registrations')?

Thanks! It seems to be working now.
