Change HTTPS Registration Port?

A club I belong to needs to use port 443 for another application. Can HTTPS registration be done on a different port? Can it be changed in ASL? Can it be translated in the router? e.g. external port 4443 internal port 443?

The port does not need to be changed. Registration is an outgoing process, not incoming. You do not need to forward the registration port to the node at the firewall. It's no different than multiple computers accessing different HTTPS websites at port 443 from within the same network.

So inbound access is not needed on port 443 for registration. Inbound access is still needed for the Dashboard, Web Admin Portal, Web Links, etc. For this router port translation should work fine. e.g. ext port 654321 - > int port 443 will be fine.

Any arbitrary inbound port to the ASL3 node on port 443 will work fine.
