Chan_iax2.c:10242 iax2_do_http_register: buffer overflow

SOLVED - Will follow up with more information shortly

Any ideas what I’m looking at here? I get these constantly in my logs

WARNING[3011]: chan_iax2.c:10242 iax2_do_http_register: buffer overflow while retrieving response from server

This is my first ever ASL build, 2.0beta6, on a Wyse 5070 Thin Client box.
Operating System: Debian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)
Kernel: Linux 4.19.0-14-amd64
Architecture: x86-64
2 Nodes:
Node A => dahdi/pseudo (hub)
Node B => simpleusb (personal nodes / RF)

Supermon and Allmon2 running at k8fbi.servebeer.com

This was caused by my desire to dual register my hub with both ASL and Hamvoip.

To fix this warning in ASL 2.0, in the iax.conf file [general] stanza,
for the HamVoIP register= statement, change it to registeriax=

That will turn off http registration attempts for the HamVoIP registration server.

you can not register ASL on Hamvoip so just remove the registration line completely or just ; it out of the iax.conf file. you do not need to change it to registeriax=.
