cant ping or traceroute to register.allstarlink.org

OK, it wasn't in modules.conf, but had to add a dnsmgr.conf file now shows "Y" but still no register.

tried to ping the server, didn't work.

Tried traceroute also no go, should I see it or does it block icmp?

If he can traceroute out of his router (like we can see from his second hops) he cant fix much on his side. Unless he have an ampr gateway badly configured

By the way the 2 nodes that I use to take care of are online and registering and they run on Acid.

No reboot, no resolving stuff.

The only thing I could think of that make bad registration are either cross port fowarding or bad router.

I really dont get it if you have a service at port 4569 inside your network, why would you foward the traffic from port 4570 to it. Thats looking for trouble. The software can be configured to run on different port and it will react to it perfectly, why risk trouble and mess with the port?
