Hi
Can anyone help please. I’m trying to set up a new account so I can obtain a node id number for a new node.
However, I keep getting a message saying Callsign in process of being registered or already in use.
It may be that years ago I tried to create an account but I can’t remember doing so.
If I try “forgot password” I get an email with a link; however, the link doesn’t work as I get a response saying Token expired.
Any suggestions please?

Clear your browser cache and try again.
If it persists, try the ‘help desk’ stating everything you have here.
Include your registered email used for the account and callsign
They may have to do a password reset since it started out as old and perhaps was never completed.
