Can't connect to MY echolink node

I am having an issue connecting to my Echolink node. For some reason I can connect to all other nodes in Echolink but my own. Ports are all good the node is online but it just will not connect. Has anyone else had this problem ?

Are you on the same network as your ASL node? Do you have chan_echolink properly configured? If so, make sure your Echolink client is using a proxy or else you won't be able to connect on the same LAN.

Thank You for the help I believe it configured correctly because I am able to connect to other echolink nodes Allstar is on the same network so I will try and setup the proxy and I will see what happens. Thanks

To be clear, I'm talking about a Proxy in your echolink client, not the concept of an "AllStarLink Proxy".

Jim, to be very clear,

you can only have one echolink connection/registration per IP address.

If you are doing this from the same IP as your asl server through wifi etc, it will not work.

Strange results may throw you from understanding.

Test with that in mind. Cellphones need to use a different network, so disable wifi on them so not to use the same as your local server.

In the echolink.conf file, your callsign-L or -R has to be set along with the ASL node number, echolink node number and your e-mail address you used to register...
