I just finish building a new Hotsot wanting to setup on 220mhz. Locally I can get to terminal, Allmon3 issue commands from allmon3. From the wild nothing. I tried to use node remote from a completely different mode. Nothing on Node remote I get connection failed. On Repeater Phone it times out. What Ami missing. What port/s do I need to forward? Any help appreciated!
Need to port forward 4569 this will allow others to connect to your node or use Zoiper/DVSwitch/Repeater Phone
Port Forward 80 to access Almon/Supermon
to access the Node from another Node need to Port forward 5038
Need to set the password in manager.conf
Also need to change the the bindaddr

Assuming you're talking about a modern ASL3 install, the only port you MUST forward inbound is UDP/4569 (or something else if you changed it). If you want Allmon3 access forward in port 443. If you need cockpit admin, port 9090.
