Over the past few years the AllStarLink development team has been busy — and we’re not slowing down. We have significant changes in the pipeline, and we’re looking to add a few more active members to the AllStarLink Beta Team. Beta testing is one of the best ways you can directly help AllStarLink: it’s how we validate changes and catch issues before a wider release.
What’s in it for you?
- Early, supported access to the latest updates
- A look at what’s coming, with a real chance to influence it
- Access to a private Slack channel with a direct line to the development team
Why are the requirements and responsibilities?
- Install and exercise software from the beta channel (ideally in an environment with real use and users)
- Basic Linux know-how (install/update packages, edit files, export usable logs, etc.)
- Prompt testing and reporting of issues, including trying test builds when needed
If you’re interested in becoming a beta tester, please email volunteer@allstarlink.net and we will reach out to you.
Sincerely,
AllStarLink
