AUTOSKY repeating alert followed by clear, doing this over and over

Is anybody else having this issue? AUTOSKY / Skywarn has been repeating the alerts followed by a clear message, and it’s doing this over and over… Any clues?

Have you rebooted your system?

I checked and it was an issue at alerts.weather.gov
