This tells me that, at some point in time, you selected the "devel" package stream.
To select the production/main package stream, use :
sudo asl-repo-switch -l main
sudo apt update
Note: switching back to the "main" stream will NOT revert the packages back to the earlier pre-devel/pre-beta versions.
