[App_rpt] Zaptel PCI card source

Where can I buy one of these cards? I emailed the link on the zaptel site,
but it bounced back.

I just found some cheep adtran 600 channel banks so I might decide to go this
route.

Thanks

You can purchase the cards through me. They are $495.00 each and shipping is
$15.00. I am using one of these cards on node 2010.

If you can get a Digium T1 adapter for cheap, the adtran channel banks might
be worth a try. Jim uses an Adtran FXS/FXO unit in his setup. I use CAC AB1
FXS channel banks in a 3 of my setups and they work perfect. We've bought
several CAC AB1 channel banks off of E-bay for $50.00ea.

Cool, The reason I am looking to buy this card instead of the radio card is
our PBX just died in the office, and we are probably going to replace it with
asterisk, but need to use analog lines for the next 3-6 months until the t1
is turned up. Which means I am able to play with the app_rpt setup on the
company's dime.....

Can the card be used for data as well? I would like to use one of the t1's for
a data T1 in the future.

Bryan,

To use the channel bank, you will need an ARIB board to interface to your
repeater. I sell these wired and tested for $100.00 plus $10.00 shipping, or
if you want to build your own, the board blank is $10.00 plus $10.00
shipping. The parts kit from Digi-key will cost appx. $60.00 excluding
shipping.

I don't know the answer about data and voice on the same T1. I've never set
one up this way. Maybe someone on the Asterisk mailing list could help?
