Subject: [App_rpt] Problems noted with dl.allstarlink.org and
  stats.allstarlink.org

We are painfully aware that stats.allstarlink.org and dl.allstarlink.org are not functional. (Both sites return a blank white page with the word TEST). We are investigating this and will advise when everything is returned to normal.

Allstar Link Node registation and network functionallity is NOT affected.
