[App_rpt] Asterisk Phone Patch

I'm sure this is a dumb question but is there a PTT function for
connecting VOIP based switched calls to radio network. Like with some
commercial systems you press the * key for PTT or some use VOX. I
guess my question is has anyone tackled the phone to radio patch with
Asterisk?
