I’ve been working on AllTune2, which is a web-based dashboard for managing DVSwitch and radio network switching, specifically for AllStarLink 3/Debian Linux, providing a cleaner, safer control flow for BrandMeister, TGIF, YSF, AllStarLink, and EchoLink. GitHub Repo: https://github.com/TerryClaiborne/alltune2
very interesting! one question: mention of "DVSwitch node" - is that a private/internal node# on the ASL3 host used for interconnection purposes ("hub-like") ?
What? I think you are overthinking this. DVSwitch Integration: To set this up, you must configure a user private node (typically 1999) that acts as the dedicated bridge point between your ASL3 server and the DVSwitch install.
No, problem is my post was intended for a different thread. I was answering someone else about a different issue (which I thought you were responding to).
supermon-ng I remember checking that out not too long ago. Is that the one that you have to edit all the .ini files to get it to work? You would think you could grab the allmon.ini and take care of most of it without having to edit. So you don’t want other people to create, just use what you create? WOW!
Hahaha, this is not what I said at all. I had actually looked at your Alltune2 which is well laid out, I was just making you aware that supermon-ng had support for dvswitch built in already. Nice way to blow things out of context tho, shows real maturity.
No worries, if you want to contact me off list I have a few things to discuss with your about your software that are not meant for an open forum, you can reach me at geekypenguin@gmail.com ..
have not encountered very much information about supermon-ng in this community forum.

I am pausing development for a brief period. Recent updates include a ribbon bar for system statistics, and it now has audio alerts for node connections and disconnections, which can be toggled via a new checkbox on or off. Additionally, Alltune2 now automatically detects and displays active Allmon3 or Allscan and such connections upon loading. I have also added an update indicator next to the header that illuminates when a new version is available, providing a direct link to the GitHub repository. Update: I’ve integrated the STFU backend into Alltune2. BrandMeister and TGIF now support direct, one-step connections. Now I can take a break!
