I have reset the password multiple ways that I can find in the documentation. Anything I do (with restart in between) I still cant login to this portal.

Anyone have any suggestions? Its hitting the backend as it is providing me "wrong user name or password" message.

Tried the asl-menu changing the AMI, the CLI for allmon3-passwd (checked /etc/allmon3/users and hash changed)

The Cockpit interface asks for your Linux login and password. Have a look at ASL3 Manual : Logins and Passwords for more info.

Thats all set as well, same thing.

ok, got it. was a linux user account not the AMI or other allstar acct.
