Hello! Just got a notification about this thread, the error you listed above: DB connect failed: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection timed out. is just the allstarlink website not connected to the mysql database on the server. I was checking it out now and it seems to be back online.
P.S. I work with mysql a lot and had had an error like this before.
