dvswitch.sh version 1.6.2

I am using the following setup

Kenwood (V71) <-> URI125 <-> MiniPC (x86)

The objective is to create a Analog FM <-> DMR bridge to extend a local FM repeater

I have a lot working just fine

  1. This path work fine tested - full Allstarlink loop

HT (Analog FM) <-> Kenwood v71 <-> AllaStarLink (loop back)

Both way work well with good audio. I can use Parrot Mode. I see Allmon3 firing and audio coming back is great.

  1. After installing DVSwitch components

a. HT FM Analog -> Kenwood v71 -> URI125->MiniPC -> DMR Network . Works fine, I can hear great audio on Brandmeister hoseline site
b HT DMR -> DMR Repeater -> DMR NetWork -> MiniPC -> Kenwood V71 There is an issue in this path that I need help on
I can hear the audio on DMR Network by listening on the hoseline
I can see the carrier coming thru on the Kenwood but no audio . This is the problem

It looks for some reason node 1999 is never keyed up in this path. It keys fine on path (a). So the break seems to be at the final translation of USRP-received audio into repeated audio out node.

Let me know if someone has insight. happy to post any logs, ini files etc.

Thanks

As you are using brandmeister, you should consider using stfu, also double check your ports match up properly between dvswitch and the usrp for node 1999.

Yes, connecting to Brandmeister.
I have triple checked the ports . The carrier comes thru but no audio . Are there any instruction on using stfu - no idea what that is.

Just a bit more info to see if it triggers anything for anyone.

In one path (DMR Network -> DVSwitch -> Allstar -> analog radio

Never increments. It does increment in the reverse path going out to DMR Network.

I wouldn't use 1999 as your private node number; it just takes being connected to one other person who also happens to also be using 1999 and nothing will work. Also avoid 1000.
