AllStar Link Ticket

I put a ticket into AllStar Link due to lost password on an account I managed and the e-mail address is also broken now ( Domain name expired ) but did not hear back in a week. I submitted a comment on the ticket to request update but did not hear anything on my request. Is the AllStar ticketing system working right now?
