Allstar activity at Dayton

I saw that the Dayton Hamvention is using Echolink and IRLP to link the repeaters coming into the Dayton Hamvention. Any Allstar activity at the Hamvention this year?

Yes - Our repeater will be in the Hamvention flea-market and operate
during flea-market hours + or -. It will be on 442.000 MHz. +
offset, with a PL of 100.0 Hz.
The node will be connected to the Internet using a Verizon
hot-spot. To save on data, it will be connected to a hub with lots
of Internet bandwidth.
If you would like to connect to our node, please do so using node
2120. It should handle many concurrent connections without an
issue.
The Verizon network usually becomes overwhelmed, so remote
connectivity can be iffy. We are in the following spaces in the western end of the
flea-market:
FW2370 - 2570
FW2369 - 2569
FW2368 - 2568
Stop by and say howdy!

` You might want to consider a different frequency, as
according to repeaterbook.com:

    442.0000+ Dayton Montgomery WB8HSV OPEN`

We have co-existed with this repeater for years - like 10 years.
Our repeater will be running 200 mW and only be in operation during
flea-market hours. Unless this repeater has changed its profile, or
Trustee, there shouldn’t be a problem. That said, I do have another
set of ICOM’s and can change frequencies if there is. I’ll have my
HP VNA to do duplexer tuning, in case someone wants one tuned…

We just installed 442.3500+ 107.2 In the north hall again this year.. It is connected to our 28236 hub at the moment.. Which I might connect to my *USA* and 9369 hubs as well.. but it’s hard tied to 28236.. This year we paid for the ethernet drop from the arena vs 4g cards… but will see how that lasts… getting about 8mbps down and 800kbps up… might need to change the settings on my rtcm we are using this time this year…

Also have an APRS i-gate again in the package running in the north hall.. W8FSM-14.. Our DMR is on it’s way down this evening as well.. 444.7000+ CC1 S2G52 is where we will be..
