I tried searching but not able to find anything on this topic. How do I enable incoming connections to my node? I have a "hotspot" connection in my home as my node.

Michael, when you say "hotspot", I'm assuming you are using a connection which is tied to a mobile carrier which does not allow port forwarding. If this is the case, your option here is to install openvpn or wireguard vpn, you'll rent a server from a provider, i recommend racknerd for the cheapest servers that are reliable.
