Allowing connections for non rf (RepeaterPhone)

I can't log in to my friend's ASL node with RepeaterPhone. I can log in to most other nodes without any problems. I know that some admins restrict access to non-radio devices. I can connect to it through my node without any problems. Where should my friend find the key setting on his?
We would be grateful for any hints on how to solve the problem

It’s in Portal→Node Settings→(node number)→Allow Web Tranceiver Access. What’s the node number?

For the record, I can connect to 66881 w/DVSwitch in WT mode (same mechanism as RP).

The easiest way was to run a test to eliminate the problem by calling to the node 66881 with RepeaterPhone, but I don't have anyone in my circle with a RepeaterPhone.
Now I have to wonder why I can connect to, for example, node 65318 but not 66881.
