Allstar 2 had dvswitch on board, AllStar 3 apparently does not. Here you have to fill in the data yourself, also Echolink. Is this done on purpose or is version 3 a completely different design?
To the best of my knowledge, DVSwitch was never included with any ASL release.
You must be speaking to someones else’s pi image release or install script.
And I am not aware of it.
But you might query @ dvswitch.groups.io
They may have had a install script that did it all for you ?
Echolink has been included for the last 5 versions. You do have to fill in your info.
Not everyone uses it, so you do have to enable it in modules.conf
