Where is crontab located

Good morning

Where is crontab located inn allstar3.
I wanted to add time & weather

Im in root and type crontab -e, and it comes up empty.

Did updates move it around?

Doing a crontab -e is editing the user crontab, in this case as root. That, by default, is always empty.
