Version 3.20 is a bug fix update, with some minor feature enhancements.

## **Bug Fixes**

Back around version 3.0, the Squelch menu, along with the Hysteresis parameter were added. The default Hysteresis is supposed to be 24, but that default value never got checked/updated/written into the EEPROM... so it always remained 0 (as that was how the EEPROM is initialized). This version checks to see if the EEPROM address is 0, and updates it to 24 if it is. If there is already a non-zero value there, it does nothing.

Resolves [#3](https://github.com/AllStarLink/Voter/issues/3)

Code analysis found that the GPS Serial Polarity (Menu 9) and GPS Baud Rate (Menu 11) didn't update when changed, requiring a reboot to take effect. This release will cause those items to update immediately when changed (you still need to save the changes though to write them into the EEPROM).

## **Feature Enhancement**

Code analysis found that there is an un-documented "Mode 2" of DSP-BEW that makes the DSP-BEW mode twice as sensitive to energy in the passband (Mode 1 halves the amplitude of the samples before operating on them). This release updates Menu 17 to show both modes.

Resolves [#24](https://github.com/AllStarLink/Voter/issues/24)

## **Code Documentation/Cleanup**

Voter.c was run through the ASL Clang formatter, and a significant number of formatting updates were made to bring it closer to ASL coding standards.

A significant amount of commenting was added to sections of Voter.c to better explain RSSI and DSP-BEW operation.
