Unable to Sign up - Bad Request

Hello, Not sure where to post this but.
I cannot sign up. Under the call sign entry it says “Bad Request”.
My call is KV6E. It’s a vanity call sign I have had since 11/2021.
Is my call already used from a previous ham and needs to be released or something?
