You should see those folks that wrote the software and registration you are using.
ASL team has nothing to do with either.
Guessing they don't have support or you would not be here.
I think this reads as if ASL admin team don't support HamVoip, not sure.
I came back to report that this is all now working. Not sure how or why, but I randomly checked a couple days ago and the two failing nodes were working again.

AllStarLink cannot really support HamVOIP because it's a customized set of code that is not developed as open source. Thus, we don't really know what it's doing under the hoods. For example, HamVOIP created a standalone, parallel registration system.
Regarding IAX registration, the correct command is iax2 show registry.
I would strongly encourage you to upgrade to ASL3. HTTP registration and a greatly-improved code base are available.

My plan is to upgrade all my nodes to ASL3, but in this case I needed a quick fix.
