Hey all,

I’ve been working on a method for switching or changing courtesy tones remotely. Surprised to see there isn’t a method or way of doing this on the internet, so here is my submission.

The idea is you enter DTMF or otherwise call a shell script and it swaps out a new file called “tones.conf” then restarts asterisk so the tones take affect.

Thanks all, any input is welcomed.
