I hope everyone had a great 2022. It was a great year for AllStar. We grew to rival the number of active users of other analog networks. We have MacOS, iOS and Android clients not to mention the many Raspberry Pis and other radio attached Allstar servers. People are building maps, scanners, weather reporting, compiling their own Allstar, connecting to digital modes and creating any number of other goodies for and around Allstar. I’m really proud of the work you’ve been doing.
In 2023 I expect you’ll see more of the same. Folks are working on moving the ASL 2.0 beta to production and supporting more architectures. I’m sure we see lots of new Allstar goodies this year and maybe a surprise or two.
