Hamvoip update error

i have tried to run the system updater option 1 in PuttY and it fails to update
i have this message briefly show’s on updater

error failed retrieving file ‘hamvoip-RPi4B14.db’ from dl/hamvoip
error failed to update hamvoip -RPi4B14 ( unexpected error)

then continues to the end.

any help please

if i check via supermon SW update feature it says i need to log in with PuTTY or SSH in and use admin menu 1 to perform the update
