Blacklist *outbound* calls?

Running HamVoip. I see how to block/blacklist nodes from calling into my node, but is there a way to block outbound connection requests to certain nodes?

Thanks to Keith VA3YC here is the solution. In rpt.conf, for any node you want to prevent your node connect to, point it to 127.0.0.1 as below:

27043 = radio@127.0.0.1/27043,NONE

This would prevent anyone on the node connecting to 27043. You just get “connection failed.”
