We've discovered the issue was port 44966-44967 was not forwarded. This issue my mislead people to think the tlb chanel driver is a problem. It works fine; they need to only forward the ports

Yep, I thought this was the issue from the beginning. I was told the FW was off multiple times.

It was not, Dave added the ports in ASL3 Cockpit and all seems well.
