# ASL 3 being blocked on large networks

The beta release of 3.5 may address these problems:

- app\_rpt: do\_link\_post() update to reduce sending keying and link post messages at the "same time". by [@mkmer](https://github.com/mkmer) in [AllStarLink/app\_rpt#592](https://github.com/AllStarLink/app_rpt/pull/592)

- app\_rpt.c: Account for the residual microseconds when calculating `elap` time by [@mkmer](https://github.com/mkmer) in [AllStarLink/app\_rpt#636](https://github.com/AllStarLink/app_rpt/pull/636)
- app\_rpt: Address negative elap times. by [@mkmer](https://github.com/mkmer) in [AllStarLink/app\_rpt#644](https://github.com/AllStarLink/app_rpt/pull/644)

All of these are related to telemetry "storms" and mis-counts in the telemetry data.
