As AllStarLink v3 continues to grow and improve, we are pleased to announce the following new and updated software packages :

**allmon3 1.10-1**

1. voter.html - Display inactive voters, Fix mix color, align legend by [@jxmx](https://github.com/jxmx) in [#331](https://github.com/AllStarLink/Allmon3/pull/331)
2. warn on no users loaded, allmon3-passwd always fixes headers by [@jxmx](https://github.com/jxmx) in [#332](https://github.com/AllStarLink/Allmon3/pull/332)
