Allstarlink password not working

I installed allstar on my debian 9 i think it is. everything went well in the menu then I rebooted and tried to use the password that i created to get in and it wouldn’t accept it. how do I retreive my password to get into the menu or the allstarlink system.

Did you install from the ALS iso? If so the Linux ID and password are documented in https://wiki.allstarlink.org/wiki/ASL_FAQ #6.
