Hello,

Thank you for your request.

The ability to update the IP policy to a Public IP is only available with a Local and Global Priority service plan:

Login to your account www.starlink.com/account

From the Home page click the "Subscriptions" tab on the left side

Click on the Subscription you would like to update the IP policy for

Click "Edit" next to "IP Policy"

Save

Reboot your Starlink

Business accounts can manually update their IP address to a Public IP by following the steps listed above or below:

Login to your account www.starlink.com/account

Select the "Dashboard" tab at the top of your account page.

Under "All Starlinks" section, Select "Manage" next to the Starlink you wish to update

Select the "pencil" icon next to "IP Policy"

Select "Public IP" from the drop down menu

Save

Reboot your Starlink

it sounds like they have a users terminals firewalled off until you explicitly enable it.
